Comments

Occurs in the southwest lagoon (Ref. 11889). Recorded from the Chesterfield Is. (Ref. 11897) and Ouvéa Atoll, Loyalty Is. (Ref. 13236). In New Caledonia, spawning peaks are observed in December and a fairly high percentage of gonads in advanced stages of maturity occurs between October and February. Also Ref. 37816.
